More than 10,000 people marched through Sydney’s city streets yesterday in a national day of action demanding action on climate change.
Speakers spoke on First Nations Aboriginal issues, a just transition to a green economy and more climate jobs. Present amongst the crowd were a strong contingent of unionists, student activists, Aboriginal activists, parents and the elderly.
